"My artwork is about how creativity and the system of art can make proposals apparently impossible happen, like the creation of a new world inside ours.
I use art as a game of simulation where we can wander about all kind of aspects about humans, questioning the way where fiction and reality meet. In the past few years, my artwork has evolved into painting as an act of total freedom with series like En los límites de la realidad, 2019, Paraíso perdido, 2020, " El futuro era esto" 2021 and the last series I’m working on, "Cine sobre lienzo", where I turn draws into unseen cinema scenes. Among these I also work on smaller ones in water color, where I can improve my technique and expand my artistic universe.
I do oil paintings, as a way to elevate classic painting and adding other contemporary elements.
My interests don’t necessarily come from art. They do also from other fiction resources like comics, literature, classic tale and cinema”.
